Father Christmas & Carols

We need more Members and Volunteers to help us organise and run our Country Fair and other events in 2018. Please join us to ensure we can repeat our previous successes.  All profits will be spent to improve Hotham Park.

This very popular event will be held on Sunday 3rd December 2017 from 3pm to 6:45pm.

Meet Father Christmas in his Grotto and receive a gift, followed by Carol Singing in front of the Bandstand.

'Carols in the Park

Carols in the Park will be held on the 3rd December in Hotham Park. Starting at 3pm with attractions for children including a chance to meet the Pagham ponies and Christmas themed Bouncy castles. Father Christmas will arrive at 3.30pm at his famous grotto. There will be seasonal stalls, tombola and a local craft stall and a chance to try Nordic walking. The bandstand area will be bathed in Christmas lights and background music until 6pm.

From 6pm carol singing at the bandstand will be led by the Bognor Regis Salvation Army Band and the Bognor RAFA choir. Song sheets will be available at signed locations and are free, although a small donation would be much appreciated by the Hotham Park Heritage Trust. All the proceeds going back into improving the Park.

Hot food and drink will be available to buy and the Trust supported by Butlins, our main sponsor, will be selling mulled wine and minced pies.

This Carol singing and Christmas celebration has been organised by Members of Hotham Park Heritage Trust and has been held in December for many years as part of their community and fund raising activities. The Trust is dedicated to promoting the conservation, protection and improvement of Hotham Park for the good of the local community.

In recent years the attendance has been in the region of 600 people and the Trust is looking forward to a great turnout this year. Please do not forget to dress for the cold weather and bring a torch.

This years event has been supported by Butlins, Abacus, Biffa, GM Design and Print, Brandon Tool Hire, Turners Pies, The Elmer, Town Force and Bognor Regis and Arun Councils.
